With this information Freezanz System Srl intends to inform users who visit the website "www.freezanz.it" (hereinafter the "Site") of the policy adopted regarding the protection of personal data, emphasizing its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. The user is required to carefully read this information which applies from the moment he accesses the website and decides to navigate within it using our services.
Navigation within the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him to access specifically identified services (e.g. .to be able to download informative material, subscribe to the newsletter or request information, etc.). Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his personal data to access these additional services, he will be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree no. N. 30 June 2003, n. 196, “Code regarding the protection of personal data”, (the “Code”) and EU Regulation 679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (the “Regulation”) with indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by Freezanz System Srl, as well as the right to request the deletion of the data at any time or updating them. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and in the Site in general, must be considered valid and effective within the limits and to the extent that the regulations referred to will remain in force after the entry into force of the Regulation (May 25, 2018).
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Code and the Regulations, Freezanz System Srl provides the following information.
1. The Data Controller and Data Processors
The Data Controller of personal data is Freezanz System Srl, with registered office in Via Fossa Nuova n. 104, 56038, Ponsacco (PI), and operational headquarters in Via Rospicciano n. 134 – 56038 Ponsacco (PI), Tax Code and VAT number 02156390508, email info@freezanz.it, telephone 0587 608424 (hereinafter referred to as “Freezanz ”, the “Owner" or the “Company".
For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers functional to the management of the Site as external managers of the processing of users' personal data for purposes that are strictly applicable and related to the provision of services provided by the Site.
2. Types of personal data processed
You do not need to register to access the site. However, there are services within the Site for which it is necessary to provide personal data (for example, your data may be requested to subscribe to the newsletter service, to contact us, etc.). With reference to the data relating to navigation within the Site, see also point 6 below regarding the statistical analysis tools of visits used by the Site.
3. Optional provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. the provision of personal data, e-mail address and telephone number is necessary to proceed when sending a request using the tools made available in the "Contacts" section); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent Freezanz from responding and satisfying user requests.
The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - e.g. indicating them with an asterisk (*) - and the consequences of not providing them are reported in the specific information on the data collection pages.
4. Purpose
The data is collected and processed for purposes strictly connected to the use of the Site and its services. The purposes of using the data are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask that you read the information that from time to time illustrate the characteristics of the treatments that will be carried out by Freezanz (e.g. for registering for the newsletter service, for sending a request, etc.). Your data will be processed in full compliance with the privacy legislation.
5. Method, duration of data processing and scope of communication
The data will be processed mainly on electronic support. Freezanz guarantees the lawful and correct processing of the personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided when requesting information. All the information collected is transmitted in a secure connection in order to prevent it from being intercepted by outsiders.
Any data provided by users will be processed for the times set out in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to authorization by the same.
6. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the site www.freezanz.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. Freezanz cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external subjects or to any websites linked to this Site.
7. "Profiling" tools and/or customization
Freezanz does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activity without the prior express consent of the user.
The Site uses “cookies”, both technical (i.e. to facilitate navigation and use of the Site), andstatistical analysis (that is, to analyze traffic and the number of visits and users involving the site).

8. Place of data processing
The treatments connected to the services provided by the Site are carried out (i) at the Freezanz offices indicated in point 1 and are carried out by the persons in charge of the treatment of the Company, (ii) as well as by the companies or consultants who provide services functional to the management of the Site, appointed as external data processors. A complete list of external managers appointed by Freezanz can be requested from the contacts indicated in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.
To allow us to manage our website correctly, some of your personal data (navigation data and site use) will be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as the USA
The transfer of your data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided by the privacy legislation. By simple request (see n. 9 of the disclosure) you can receive more information on the transfer of your data and on the guarantees provided for their protection.
9. Rights of interested parties
By sending a communication to the email address privacy@freezanz.it, you may at any time exercise the rights pursuant to articles from 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, how and for what purposes we use them, modifying the data you have provided or canceling them, asking us to limit the use of your data, requesting to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consent (possibly provided). You can also always oppose the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.
10. Who can you contact to lodge a complaint
We remind you that, if you are not satisfied with the answers received from Freezanz (see paragraph 8) above), you may in any case, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulation, propose complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), or to the Guarantor of the country in which he habitually resides, works or of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
11. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and by the applicable national legislation, to the extent that this legislation will remain in force after the date of application of the Regulation (May 25, 2018).
The Regulation guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
12. Review clause
Freezanz reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Information, also in consideration of changes in the law or regulation on the protection of personal data. The changes and updates to the information will be notified to users by publication on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. Therefore, please access this section regularly to check the publication of the most recent and updated Information or to check your e-mail box.
